Help with a Commercial quote

Hi, everyone. I just started my own power washing business this year. I was hoping to get some help quoting a job. It is for a commercial building that is 120 ft long and 20 ft high, the building is made of windows and concrete. They also have a carport that is 15 ft x 15 ft x 15 ft. (floor, 2 walls, and ceiling) all concrete. This will be my first commercial job and I don’t want to overestimate or underestimate the quote. Plus he wants to sign a contract with me for twice a year. Any help would be great! Thanks!

So are you power washing the building, or window cleaning?

What type of equipment are you running?

From a window cleaner’s perspective, you should probably let them know the windows will get spotted from the rinse water unless you have a deionized system.

That doesn’t look like concrete, that looks like alucobond. Totally different animal. You need to read up on that stuff, the only soap that is recommended is Mirachem 500 and it’s expensive. They recommend you spray it on and hand wash it with a soft lambs wool mitt. Charge accordingly.
