Sorry to bring this thread back. I have a lot of houses similar to the one @JAtkinson posted. These are all from someone blasting with too much pressure?
Too strong a mix, left on too long and probably some oxidation thrown in as well. Someone will be two stepping this mess and hope it turns out, or paying for a paint job.
