Help quoting

You bidding one unit not 50 . Why would you adjust your prices any different than a residential job ? It’s not a big job even for someone new or with sub high HP equipment. Just because the building has a commercial address doesn’t change you cost . No reason to be intimidated just because it’s zoned commercial.
Commercial is considered to have lower rates because of volume. 50 building all next door to each other saves time witch save money and allows you to lower your general hourly rate without lowering your profit.
That doesn’t apply to this job

Thank you sir, for your help!

Your photosI
List the sections to Clean in the order of what Mildewed surfaces will Look best if cleaned first, starting with horizontal then vertical. For example: Entranceways, sidewalks and curbs, parking bars, parking spaces. The surfaces with heavy mildew will need to be scrubbed well then rinsed three times for a long-lasting effect. Your time factors to expect will depend of the PSI level of your sprayer pump, the distance you must go to the faucet, the length of 5/8” hose and the spraying accessories you have. Your best return on time spent will be on a day they are closed so you are not in the way of their customers and employees. If you have to move all the obstacles off the sidewalks be sure you are paid for that time to remove and put back. If there is risk of theft of those items on their sidewalk make sure you can secure the items while you focus on your work. Good luck and be safe with proper PPE for your protection.

There is some very strange/stupid advice in you post

This is probably one of the most bizzare things I’ve ever read on this forum.

Your welcome. It was an earnest honest effort to help you with your estimate. I had some rock salt fly by shot by some of the posters. I hope they gave their opinions to help instead of being so doggone picky about method, techniques and supplies. I hope you get the job if you want it.
