need help pricing this fence if pic shows up! if not it’s a 5 foot fence metal with brick post in between sections. 1/2 mile long. there’s 50 of the brick post btw. 20180817_095643|374x500

Bid as if a solid panel & charge extra for caps & columns .15 per sq ft in Fl $15-$20 per column
I was thinking $15 a column. 65 cent a linear foot.

Are you able to drive on both sides?
The fence can be cleaned with just water…80% of the fence can probably be just “rinsed”. Cake job, I wouldn’t bid to high and loose it.
Columns take 5 minutes…just pressure them.
Column I’d be at $20 per X 50 = $1000
Fence I’d be at .15 per side.
5,000 Lin ft X 0.3 = $1500
$2500 2 guys 12 hour day.
If it was plastic fencing I’d be double…wood triple.
That fence will be easy!! To clean
If you can drive both side . I think two guys could get it done by lunchtime. One guy driving the other guy DSing with a medium Pressure nozzle that can still draw soap. Drive up one side then down the other quick and easy
Can only drive down one side. Woods are on the other side for most of it.
we’ve already done all the buildings except for a 3 story brick one. it’s the one in the bottom left of picture. that’s going to be another question never have done one that big before. But the fence runs down the right of the property and across the bottom.

That’s about right, except I’d go to $20 per column. .65 is what I get on 3 rail vinyl and it’s going to be the same process except going to be a pita getting back and forth over the fence. Looks like 6’ tall or is it it 5?
