Help Identifying Pump

Hi guys, long time lurker, first time poster.First of all I’d like to thank everyone on here for the vast amount of knowledge that you guys share.Six months ago I was happy to make $1500 a week in my home maintenance business,I’m now disappointed not to do that in a 3 days.So this morning I see an ad on FB marketplace for a used GX390 ,$100.I go pick it up and this is the pump that’s with it.There’s nothing I can find on it as far as brand, just the USA placard on top. There is a serial number stamped in the top.I know from the side of the machine it’s 4000 psi.The hose is stamped 4050 psi 8.0 gpm,but I understand the hose could be from an entirely different pump.Just curious if the pump design looks familiar to anyone that might be able to give me some more info.Surely they wouldn’t have matched an 8 gpm pump with a GX390?Any ideas? The guy I bought it from didn’t even know it was a pressure washer.

I googled the name on the sticker on the frame
USA pressure systems, and I assume they no longer exist. I did find one on eBay though.

Looks like a General Pump to me, I’d assume 4000psi 4Gpm by the sticker on the gas tank, and being a Gx390.

There are tons of companies who buy and rebrand pressure washers. I’d look on Generals website and see what I could find if I were you.

Yeah,I think USA Pressure Systems is American Pressure Systems, phone number matches.Do you think with the serial from the pump they might be able to id it?I will check out Generals website, thanks.

Definitely worth a shot.

For $100? Nice score!
