HELP! Car wash that has 6 inch square tiles with 20 years of buildup

Hi all, I’ve been doing this PW thing for a while now, I got into it after getting out of the military and not being able to find a good paying job. I have survived this far. I ran into a problem today though. A guy wanted me to see if I could clean the inside of the stalls of his car wash which has 6 inch square tiles and 20 years worth of buildup and god only knows what it is. He said he is willing to pay big bucks to get it off because he does not want to put new tile in. The tile you see here is supposed to be white and the top portion blue and yellow. Anyone have advice of what chemical I need to use? I have a 3500psi hot water system.

Groutmaster from TMF shop first then kickacid from TMF shop and again groutmaster

Thank you for the advice, I called the guy to tell him what it will cost just for the chemical plus labor and he changed his mind. Lol. I live in a rural area so people around here wince at some of my prices.

Seriously man, use the search function.
