Lifting does nothing for pulling trailers simply gives you more ground clearance and enhances the look of the truck IMO. I have a drop hitch and truck is tuned deleted so It’s as if I’m towing at stock height. I have just always preferred a little bit of lift and offset to my trucks. I think it’s a southern thing.
