Gx690 won’t turn over...assistance appreciated

Howdy folks. I bought a used GX690, previous owner showed me a video of it running when I picked it up.

I can’t seem to get it to turn over. Gas in the filter so it’s pulling fuel. Oil is on level. Grounded to the crankcase. New marine battery. Engine hours show when I turn to the on position.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Change the fuse behind the key/throttle. I had the same issue last year and that was the fix.
