I haven’t had it rip the cord out my hand, cord seems normal on that end, so maybe valve clearance is good. I’m going to get to work, I will start with fuel filter and spark plug clearance crank it up see what happens
New spark plug was over tighten, spark plug came set with spec that is within the gx390 once I pulled it out I notice the gap was bad and I over tighten. Readjusted and she fired up great, i will up load video with results.
I just want to thank you guys for your help, you guys mentioned things I over looked just being stress about this whole situation getting ready to start up the season already had to reschedule a job because off this. I love these problems tho they teach me so much.

Take it to a professional next time. I learned a long time ago that a man simply cannot wear all hats…It would be awesome if we could, but that’s not reality. I let professionals service my equipment.

Eventually…I guess that would have been the next step, these little machines aren’t to difficult to troubleshoot, and parts aren’t to bad neither, with a little help she is alive.
