This is a wall at a commercial client of mine. I think it’s oxidation from the metal fascia but I am not 100% sure. Thinking of brushing the “affected” part of the wall with gutter grenade. Any thoughts?
I’d clean it with your house wash mix but throw some degreaser in the mix. Bet most of that will come out then brush if needed.
I have some EBC I can try, didn’t think of that. I’ve washed the front of this building before and normal HW mix doesn’t touch it.
If it’s metallic using oxalic.
I will consider that as well. Probably do a few test spots using some different chems/methods. Thanks for the replys guys.

I’ll make a wager with Scott @AquaTeamPowerWash if it comes off better than oxalic with degreaser and a brush I’ll send a couple large pizzas to him and his wife this next Friday.

Ok @AquaTeamPowerWash and @squidskc, so I forgot to snap a picture, which I will, but the EBC and brush worked better than the ox and brush. There is still a faint shadow but it’s much better than what it was. Took a few applications
