Gum removal and additional man hours

I realize that this question has many variables, but if you have any info to offer I’d appreciate it.

How many hours should I plan on adding to this job for gum removal. It’s 4,000 sqft total. About 1,000 of it is covered in gum as seen in the pictures.

I’m not really looking for advice on how to do it, ive searched around a bit and it seems that hot water is key. If you have anything to add to hot water that’s great too.

An hour if only popping gum on 1000 sq ft. It only takes 4-5 seconds usually to melt it off with hot water.

It doesn’t have to be perfect either. Your surface cleaner will take care of the tails and little bits left.

I quoted .12c for surface cleaning and added $250 for gum removal. Sounds reasonable to me. Thanks for the info. That’s what I was looking for.
