Got some flexzilla with the new ends....sweet

Pretty decent. I’m not using them every day, but I’ve had them for a couple years and haven’t had any failures yet. I can see how the threads would probably strip eventually if I was using them heavily every day. I’d also bet that the plastic shell might get brittle and crack if dropped on concrete repeatedly. Will most likely outlive a cheap vinyl garden hose, though.

At any rate, they seem well worth it in time and knuckle savings. It usually takes me between half and one full turn to get them connected to a spigot. Much better than the 4 or 5 full turns with a standard hose end.

The only downside I’ve found to them is that they “lock up” the swivel on the hose, so I turn the hose counter-clockwise a little to compensate before mounting it on the spigot.

Good info…Thank you!

Can’t beat that deal for 3/4"

How has your Zero-g hose been working for you? I just bought two 75 foot by 3/4 inch Zero-G Pro hoses. My plan is to eliminate my Goodyear black hose and the hose reel altogether and just use the Zero-G hose to fill up the buffer tank so that I can make more room on my truck.

I have not done it yet because I haven’t used the hose for very long and I want to make sure it will last before I remove the hose reel and just keep the hose wrapped up in the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket. The new pro model does have a ten year warranty which is reassuring and is made in the USA!

@Seandz You need a real hose!

Yeah buddy that’s exactly what I just bought! Felt so good putting my Extra red 100’ 3/4” contractor on the side of the house (used it for doubling up on rinsing and watering plants) it was literally eating up 40% of my free space.

Now to be gone with my intake hose reel for the buffer tank and just take the Zero-G pro out of the 5 gal bucket to fill the tank. Then replace the pressure reel on the back of the truck with an all stainless 18” titan electric rewind and mount it on the left side of the skid up high out of the way. I can free up space for another 55 gallon vertical tank for mixing my ds solution. Will have just enough room to sandwich the recovery unit between them. Can’t believe how much stuff I can put in a standard 8’ bed!

They work pretty well. I had the one that they replaced under warranty, the other has been in continous use since 2016. They do tend to leak between the connector and the hose. The one bad thing is that they are all but imposssible to repair, so a failure with no back up can shut you down.
