I was using Google Voice for years with great success and now it has been full of problems. I know other people with similar problems as myself. I am looking for an alternative with call forwarding. I want 2 phones to ring at the same time. I heard good things about Line 2. Anyone here using Line 2?

I use godaddy SmartLine and have zero complaints.

I second Go Daddy Smartline. Also have zero complaints and it’s dirt cheap ($4ish dollars a month). The app on your phone is super easy to use, you get to choose from a list of availabel phone numbers, and you can text from the phone line as well (not sure if google voice does that) in addition to calling. Also has ability to set up business hours with a different voicemail when the shop is “closed.” 10/10

What issues are you experiencing? I have been using Google Voice for my business line for the last 3 years and its been pretty good. Recently I’ve noticed a lot of missed calls. I know that Google filters out a lot of the telemarketers, but we are just started to pick up around here. I just don’t want any issues come mid season.

My wife has the connected line where I have my calls forwarded so both our phones ring. Her phone won’t show calls, texts or voicemails. It also won’t dial out from google voice #. On both our phones if i end the call and send it to voicemail it won’t go to goole voicemail. It will go to my regular phone voicemail.
