Hello everyone. I am looking for some technical advice for my General Pump (Mdl. Ts1011, 4 gpm) A few days ago my thermal protector broke so I replaced it today. When I fired my pressure washer up I couldn’t get any pressure out of it when I pulled the trigger. I pulled the manifold off and found nothing out of the ordinary inside so I replaced the manifold. I then removed the valves and found pieces of the thermal protector in the check valves. I removed all pieces and hooked up my water supply with the valves still out. I ran water thru it hoping to flush anything in it out. I replaced the check valves and hooked everything up. When I turned it on it ran great full pressure just like before but… When I checked the sight oil level sight glass there is water in the oil. Can anyone tell me how the oil could have gotten in there with what I did? There was no oil in it before because I just changed it 2 days ago. There wasn’t any water in the oil I drained when I changed it. there isn’t anyone who services these close to me so I am on my own with this one. I am kind of starting to freak out because I have a bunch of jobs scheduled and no backup. My washer is a Graco 3040, 3000 psi, 4 gpm Thanks for any advice!
