I have literally read hundreds and hundreds of post but looking for some help on gas station pricing. I know prices vary greatly by region but I was looking for a base price for estimating fuel lanes, parking spaces, sidewalk, and canopies. I have a general pricing guide but it’s from 2011. I also have the right equipment just trying to figure out how to bid this job where it’s fair to the business and me.
Just mentally divide it into sections, figure how much you need for each, add it up. Presto.
Depends on size, what exactly you’re cleaning and how long you’ll be there.
