Can someone please help me price gas stations here in south Florida about a 20 bay and what products work best. Thanks in advance
A 20 bay gas station probably goes for a couple million. You’ll want to have the tanks inspected before you sign a purchase agreement.

Here in central South Carolina the gas stations are all about $2.95 - $3.15 per gallon of regular unleaded. With Florida being a tourist destination I’d imagine you could get away with charging more per a gallon, but if you lowered the price I bet you’d get more interests.
