Gas Station Canopy advice

Looking for some advice. Was asked to give a price on cleaning multiple gas station canopies. Aluminum underside and the face around the canopy. They have dark stains and lots of bugs. My questions are:

Do I need to reclaim if its just the canopy, no surface work?

I figured hot water with a degreaser and possibly HW mix. Can I downstream and wash from the ground or will I need more pressure and a lift?

How do you price… by sq ft? or by estimated time?

Any advice would be great. Ive been doing mostly house washes with occasional commercial work for the last four years. This would be a great contract to get if I have the right equipment. 5gpm/3000psi hot water machine. Thanks in advance, Keith

We kill the lights, cover the pumps, upstream my truck soap cold and use our 8’ guns. Price is based on time which is usually 40 mins

That particular job is recurring. They get a cleaning three times a year. 3 nights a year to net 12,600 yes sir please and thank you

Haha. I wash it. I just don’t enjoy it. 4K in a night is pretty good. I do listen to podcasts or audiobooks on large concrete pads. So that’s cool I guess.
