Which quick connects are you using for your gas pumps (high pressure side)? I was using camlocks with my 12 volt and really like them. As I start building out my gas pump it I checked into the psi rating of camlocks which is only 150 psi. I have no intention of running my pump at max psi, but dont want to be on the edge with my connections.
I use stainless steel half-inch quick connects same style as the 3/8" ones for the pressure washer. Only difference is the female socket on mine have a locking tab to prevent it from accidentally disconnecting and possibly shooting a hot mix out.
I am interested in what people would use for ball valves for changing guns. For the pressure washer I moved mine to the machine as I don’t like holding the big bulky metal one with the gun all the time for the slim chance I switch to the surface cleaner, but I think there could be a much lighter weight version for the much lower pressure half inch line that is reliable and resistant to sh.
How light are we talking here? Lightest would be a electric actuated ball valve back at the truck
