Frozen products

So here’s my question and I was just going to send a private message to @CaCO3Girl but I thought it would be nice to share.

I had 3 five gallon buckets mostly full of the following products in my shop over the winter.

F-13 gutter grenade
Eleminator
Cling-On

Will they be strongly or at all negativity effected from being frozen?

No I was not willing to keep them warm in the house with small children lol

Eliminator should be fine. I have no experience with the others.

I couldnt say, I kept all that stuff in the shop all winter. Except for a couple lingered 5 gallon jugs of S.H. that I left outside, which I will try to use for S&G to see what happens lol.

Open f9 seems to lose alot of its potency after 6 months. Never froze but it’s just about useless at full strength

I have had all 3 freeze on me ( outdoor, in northern Indiana. -20 at times) All 3 of those were fine.
But the Rust restorer+ needed a good shaking in the spring.(Crystals at the bottom, but still worked fine)

The F-13 MIGHT have some fallout; it won’t be completely ineffective, but likely 80% strength or so.

Eliminator and cling on should be totally fine but you MUST MUST MUST mix! It will have likely split, but can go back together without an issue.

Us chemists put most of our products through a freeze/thaw testing cycle, which is just like it sounds. We freeze it, we thaw it, rinse and repeat about 3 times. Then we check if it’s still okay. This is very common in the industry.
