[F9 BARC](http://www.front9restoration.com/products/f9b-a-r-c/) is for Professionals and Contractors ONLY. We are NOT selling to residential. Make sure to preclean the cement with your pressure washer and surface cleaner, just as you would for a normal job. The cleaner the concrete is before application, the better your results will be.

F9 BARC must be applied to a dry surface- double straight application is normally best, allowing both coats to dry. 250-400’ per HALF gallon. Apply heavier on the stains, mist super light on the areas with no stains. Apply control joint to control joint for evenness.

At the end of the process, mist both coats of F9 with water and use a broom to reactive the material and spread it consistently on the surface. Wait a couple of minutes and lightly rinse off. DO NO USE YOUR SURFACE CLEANER HERE. Light rinse!
Evaluate the results when the concrete DRIES COMPLETELY, NOT BEFORE.
