I’ve been looking around for Pressure Washing insurance and having a heck of a time getting straight answers, getting people to cover house and roof wash, and everyone has been quoting me $7k on the year. Not to mention that these $7k quotes do not cover workmanship, so if I actually damage something I’m working on, the insurance company won’t even cover it!!! I just struck gold with Joseph Walters. This company covers workmanship and gave me a quote for 1/5th of the price. If anyone needs insurance, here is the link:

Forget Joseph Walters. The agent I had didn’t do anything for me. I had to call the company they went through for my Insurance directly for simple things/ everything because the agent wouldn’t do their job…

Joseph Walter’s switched to another company for their insurance. They did a bait and switch. Gave me a slightly lower price first year then it went up $500 this year. My wife called and Joseph Walter’s sent her directly to the company providing the coverage. Their rep couldn’t even explain our policy. They refused to tell her what was covered. Lol. Crazy
We switched to Crum out of Florida. They cover NJ and we saved $1,100 for same coverage.

I contacted 15-20 different local insurance companies, received quotes from all, and only 1 could speak our language, covered everything I needed, and the price was unbeatable. They were able to cover my truck, trailer, and all of my equipment with commercial coverage, CCC, etc and all of that was cheaper then when I only had my truck under a personal policy (23 year old with a large speeding ticket so keep that in mind when thinking about how much my personal was LOL…) These big companies aren’t always the one. Just have to put the work on and make the calls and do the coordination
I’ve been preaching care, custody and control for years. Crum and Foster said they cover the same without calling it care custody and control. I gave him a bunch of what-ifs and he answered all of them the way I hoped he would. Good guy and knows his stuff.

I pay 2k/year for 1 mil with Joseph Walters. I dont mind paying but I really want good coverage. Also, I am now serving both California and Oregon which complicates things. If a better option exists I would appreciate the heads up!

JW is a joke. I use Erie.
I had Erie for 3 years in Nashville but they won’t cover California, I do not blame them. Does JW bail when you need them or is it something else?
They called him at midnight on a Sunday night (which is incredibly petty on their part).
