Its been answered my man, multiple times, I’m just trying to save a sinking ship thread.
@Oceanside we have 3/4" mixing valve systems with 1/2" valve -> 3/8" soap line and use slow-mo every day 6 days a week.
Our system is going to vary greatly from yours…so test some things out yourself.
Thanks for the reply Gary, what are the specs on your pump and how much slo-mo do you use per 100 gallon mix? Are you mixing 64 ounces to 5 gallons of water?
1/2" aodd pumps use 20-30 oz per 5 gal water will last 200-250 gal sh.

You handle high strength acids, work with extreme pressure to insure that the life blood of America keeps on trucking safely. Hard for those nurses to treat patients when they havent gotten a med delivery in a week. Dont sell yourself short bro.

Yes I don’t know how people do it starting out with no money and no other source of income. This year I spent 97% of every dollar made back into the business. Literally every job I did I had to buy $200-$1000 worth of stuff. I paid my bills with the older established sign business. Hats off to the people grinding and living small until they can make it big!

That wasn’t my point at all, I started in debt doing this , but we worked our tail off to get out asap. My point was that some ppl just assume that’s it’s a gold mine and are only willing to work like the other seasoned vets that have been established for many years and have a kitty saved to accumulate time off during the rough season. You gotta pump x amount back into the biz fast to get better next season, I love the little guy story.
