Hey guys, I had a brick cleaning job yesterday and the customer said the bricks were white so I tried to use some fluorescence cleaner and it made it worse. Any suggestions on how to get this remedied?

Assuming the photo is after your treatment, what did it look like before?
What was your dilution ratio?

I think you mean efflorescence. Fluorescence means it glows under UV light

not everything that is white on masonry is efflorescence.
Go look at the encyclopedia of clean. They give you a couple of things it could be.
