Flexilla water hose

Are they the pro version?

No, just the swivel grip versions.

I have 2x 100 of flexilla and spool it all on the reel. I VERY rarely need all of it. I also haven’t had an issue with with it collapsing on the reel and restricting flow. I ran a 100 gallon buffer tank on my 4/4 and just upgraded to a 5.5/35 and a 200 gallon tank with the same hose. I usually shut off the supply water before I am finished so I am not driving around with all that weight. I’ll post some pictures when I am finished with the racks.

You 4/4 guys, just get a little 25 gallon buffer tank and don’t worry about supply issues anymore. I started with a 65 gallon leg tank and frankly it was a waste of space as I never came close to outrunning it.

I have 100’ of flexilla 5/8 and 100’ of some remain 3/4. I love my flexilla hose. Also @Methodical

member status I believe is based on participation and more so read time.

Thanks everyone. This gives me some food for thought.

You’re right. 99% of the time that would be enough. I mainly needed the water when I was doing long runs of vinyl fence and no supply. I hit it with pump sprayer to kill algea then used machine to rinse.

I’m researching how to setup a buffer tank now. If any of you have a link to a step by step process, I’d appreciate it.

5/8 is plenty, We use apex hot cold hose, Tractor trailers have been driving over it in gravel going on 2 years now. Strong like bull.

Again, thanks everyone for the quality responses. That diagram of the buffer tank really helps.
