Fleet washing gun setup

So recently a business asked me to wash there 6-7 axle trucks. I’m fully aware of the chemicals to do the 2 step wash and confident in my capability. My only concern is down streaming the acid 1st step and the neutralizer second step. I do not have a three way valve. I would be applying the first step then dropping my dip stick in the second quickly after the first step coating. Any thoughts, comments or concerns? This is the same method I use when doing my pick up truck. If anyone else is a two stepper I would be thrilled to see your soap injection setup.

You can set your self up with a three way valve for less then $30.

Do you have a link to a diagram or pic?

A 3 way valve is no different than picking up the draw tube and swapping buckets. You just turn a lever. You can get stainless steel three way valves from beer and wine supply stores for $25-30, poly valves at pressuretek for $15ish, or run two seperate valves and a tee. Same premise. Easy stuff. @AquaTeamPowerWash put up a video awhile back if you use the search function.

I just texted you. I found a 3 way stainless valve at a wine supply site for $25 about 2 minutes ago. I’ll pull it back up and text a link.

Get a 3 way valve, DO NOT MOVE DRAW TUBE BACK AND FORTH. Yes i ment to yell that.

One or 2 drops of soap off of the draw yube will neutralize a pail or barrel of acid.

that thing is slick!!

Can you tell me how do you prepare your 2 step wash please?. Im about to do some fleets next week

@FernandoMx connect this to your downsteamer 3 Way 1/4" Poly Ball Valve - Pressure Tek buy a 1/4 hose. Raid Dollar General of their purple power (1st step) drop in for 1st step. Get car wash soap in second bucket 2nd step. And your ready to down stream 2 steps.

That sounds simple and cheap… i have read a lot about using 1st soap with a low PH and then a high PH detergent. I was looking on how to bring the ph down and raise it up and do my mixes… with the advice you just gave me, do i need to brush?
