Recently worked with a customer who mentioned he owned a roofing company and was looking to do a quick wash on some trucks for a promotional advertisement. We’ve always offered fleet washing but never really got into it as the market isnt really high around here for it so here i am looking for some pricing. From what im told they have (6) pickups, (1) dump truck, (1) 16’ box truck, (5) dump trailers and (2) service vans. Was planning on running some Pink Thunder or panel bright HD for application. Any recommendations on where you would be?

Time is money, the more you do for each unit the more it costs you. If you’re replacing another contractor who either didn’t do enough or didn’t make profit by their work, your work will be under scrutiny by the customer. If you work for a set per vehicle fee your equipment and technician needs to fit the task. The chance to profit looks to be a thin line or a rickety teeter totter. Maybe some other members will respond with their experiences.
