Fleet washer needing advice on flat work

I’m a fleet washer but got asked to clean up a floor at a water treatment facility by the city here. A lot of the grime is water spots that have stained the floor with the dirt that’s been collected.

There is some PVC pipe glue on the floor that they want cleaned up as well. Anyone ever clean that up? If so, what chemicals did you use to clean it?

The plan is to use a surface cleaner for most of the job and wand around the walls and fittings everywhere. Going to use two hot machines and two SC.

They used a small pressure washer and chemical with a brush to get that small spot cleaned. Not sure what chemicals they used as the foreman wasn’t there to ask.

I know that PVC primer (usually purple) eats the PVC glue…but not sure how to clean primer off of concrete
