What are you guys using for invoicing software on fleet washes with multiple units on each wash bill? Do you bill individually per unit? Or do you list all vin numbers on one invoice? Also does your software have a scheduling feature that will let you populate work orders and add pre entered vin numbers from a customers unit files?

Does it have a unit file as well? Or just customer files?
You can create a client, and under the client you can create “sub”-clients for each individual unit file if you like.

@Hotshot does a lot of fleets. He just uses a pen with a pink feather on the end and a piece of paper for his billing.

The K.I.S.S. Kind of invoicing. I like it!
I’m just trying to keep my office clean and not have 41 filing cabinets, because I’m california you have to keep invoices on file for 3 years before you can dispose of them.
that’s all

@Hotshot lol I’m right there with ya, I prefer paper invoices, but with employees they tend to lose them, get grease all over them, eat them, I’m sure you know how it goes!
Anyone else have any input on this? Still looking for good options.
