Customer wants me to wash her flagstone patio. House was built about 2 years ago. She thinks the flagstone patio looks weathered done because of the new construction that has been going on near by. Doesn’t look like organic matter to me looks like efflorescence or maybe some rust. Was thinking a masonry restoration chemical. Anyone seen a flagstone patio in this shape and have recommendation on cleaning chemical/ what the stain is? Pictures below
