Fitting help

Some questions about this fitting…it came from the bottom of my gun.

I have been trying to find a fitting like this everywhere…can’t seem to find it. From what I can tell and was told, it is a 1/4" BSPP female to 3/8" NPT female reducer.

I got a 1/4" to 3/8" NPT female female high pressure reducer from a hydraulic shop locally, but it doesn’t go on the tube nice and started leaking after a bit of use on my hot water machine. To me, it seems like it’s definitely BSPP, not NPT on the tube.

Any help on this or can confirm what it really is? Gun is an AR.

It probably is bspp, a lot of our equipment is like unloaders and such. You could get a adapter for it but its probably easier to just buy a new/better gun for ease and comfort later on

Yeah eh. What would you consider to be a better gun?

Suttner 2315, or at least Suttner 2305. Personal preference of course.

Like he said. They’re made to last longer and are usually easier to squeeze and keep squeezed than other guns

When you mix the two different threads you won’t get good fit. Sometimes just using some tape will do the trick. I believe npt threads are tapered, the other is not, causes leaks in some applications.

Thanks

I realize that… thus my question about where to find the fitting… or what the fitting actually is
