First seal job

Recently got hired to do my first Sealant job for a returning customer. I washed the backyard before
and got asked to do a pressure wash and seal this time.
Best way to do this? I know it is not very difficult but would just like to know th Brest way from your guys experience. What is a good shopping list to make sure I get everything needed? I understand that different types of stone and concrete require different types of sealant so I provided a picture. I will talk with the customer what type of look they prefer too.

So far I know I a paint roller or sprayer (trying to do it the most cost effective way)

Personally, we almost always will only use a water based sealer (and I only use the one I’ve found that allows us to seal without waiting 24 hours…), solvent based are a big headache. The roller will never get the joint grooves well, but a roller may work OK on the rest of that concrete. Typically I’d go with the pump sprayer option, but suggest a leaf blower to make sure you don’t let puddles dry (they’ll turn chalky white and you’ll be scraping and re-spraying. Hope that helps.
