First large fleet washing bid!

I need some advice on bidding a large fleet washing job. Got some ideas on chemicals. The costumer wants some cabs washed, some from bumper to bumper, and some undercarriages. This company is a large gravel and rock hauling company.

I do several large gravel companies…keep your prices simple, a lot of the companies run several different types of trucks, side dumps end dumps belly dumps not to mention truck and pups, you don’t want 5 or 6 different prices find a good common ground and stick with, they do appreciate simplicity when it comes to billing. They all take about the same time to wash anyway.

If they wanted a uniform wash for all vehicles, I’d quote them a per vehicle price. If they want different things done for different vehicles, I’d charge an hourly rate.
