Looks good. Did it need any chems or just hot water. Looks like you got a decent one man trailer setup in the background.

Just hot water. Yes that’s my trailer setup. Hadn’t been cleaned in 50-60 years.

Did you do any post treatment?

How many nozzle heads are on your bar? 2 or 4?

What’s the gpm of your machine?

I’ve recentky switched to the 4 nozzle bar on my 20” whisper wash and I no longer see any lines whatsoever. I have stopped doing post treatment for the most part. I’m somewhat nervous that in a couple months the lines will appear and my work will look like crap. I’m not sure if I’m doing right by skipping the post treatment but everything looks great without it. Time will tell

It’s a 2 nozzle upgrading to 4 this coming week. No post treatment as doing them both again in spring. My machine will do 10gpm but is set at 5.1 gpm right now. Would have post treated but weather and they had an event that evening and did t want a bleach smell.

Please go in detail on this

Details on what happy to do so? Just specify please.

Mildly curious, what was your water source?

lol guess I messed up the quote. I was asking how you can change the gpm flow of your pump.

Most restaurants have outdoor water sources that you need a cross key for

They just had a water spigot outside.

Had the dealers service man set it to 5. Which can out to 5.1gpm. Going to have it turned back up this week though t didn’t want to burn pun up. Was worried with such a large investment.

Four nozzle won’t work

I’m not sure who told you that…but they are wrong. You can’t change the gpm of your pump.

Yes racer I had some modifications done to the 1280ss model. This pump is rated at 10gpm but is was set back to 8gpm from factory as standard 80% of rated capabilities to keep pump a live longer. Had a pressure gauge put on the last head bolt so I could adjust pressure to close to exactly what was needed for the job and the pump was upgraded.patriot Had a flow meter put on it. But am having an adjustable meter added so I can control the water in gpm. If I am wron on any of this I apologize in advance as I am new to this and am learning.

Technically you can put a flow meter/valve before the pump to adjust the water flow…but in that case your just starving the pump and will end up burning up
