New to the industry. I wanted to thank you all for helping me get started. First job - $2,500. Probably undercharged and definitely can do better in the future.
I’m just going to say this before anyone say this before everyone jumps on the bandwagon. You really need to do some touch up befoe you cash that check.

For sure looks like you missed some spots on the structure. I think you need a stronger mix. Although it could be thin paint in spots and seeing the stucco beneath.
I had the same issue last year. Customer had some stucco with bad organics, I hit it with 3% first, then 6% and there was still a shadow left. I checked it again after cleaning the windows and it had mostly disappeared.

Thanks! Specifically on the stucco? I am going back to check on how much of the organics are gone. Hit them 3X with 4% roof mix. As far as the roof - it was a beast. Not walkable and in rough shape. The moss all turned white and some began to fall off. The color changed dramatically.
Makes sense. Going back to check. I hit it 3X and it just kept fading and fading but wasn’t perfect before I left. We’ll get a good rain storm here soon - then I will reassess.
