First hotel/commercial building job

Hi all, long time lurker here. I’ve been doing mainly residential stuff for the past couple years while also working my “full time” job in aviation. I’ve been using my trusty GC390 with the 4040 pump. Its been sufficient for what I’ve been doing but now have a big job and i’d like to upgrade before hand. Its a fairfield hotel, 4 floors. So i’ll be doing the building and surrounding concrete/sidewalks/dumpster area.
I’m looking to do the 6.5 GPM setup that texas pressure washing had put on their site. OR
Just throw together a softwash setup with a 7GPM 12v pump etc…
Can anyone chime in on whats the better route?
Ps. If this needs to be moved to equipment MODS please do so.

Thanks

What is the exterior of the building? Stucco or EIFS? If that’s the case you’ll probably need a 12 v to clean it. You cannot use pressure of either

Yes, build a soft wash system. 7 gpm pump, find the list on this site for the parts to order for the proportioner. Buy a box and buy hose and a hose reel, I used the flexilla hose from amazon 1/2 in, works great. Build a soft wash gun and you are good to go. Use the search bar, all this stuff can be found there.
