Been reading a ton of eifs. There isnt alot of these homes around here so i havent done one yet. Planning on just downstreaming reg house mix at first w a lesser amount of surfacant and as always low pressure. Anything else to be mindful of from u guys on the coast who see alot of this stuff? Down streaming wont get you a strong enough mix to clean it
Depends on which coast. Algae and black streaks = no downstreaming. Gray or translucent algae meaning you can see the stucco and paint through it, you can downstream it if you’re using a proportioning injector or x-jet. Long dwell.
Thanks yea the house isnt that old and the stucco itself isnt bad only the gutter faces im confident my downstream mix will work just fine i was just able to add it cuz im doin all the concrete, sea wall, sidewalks and retaining walls as well as a trex deck. Thanks!
