First Build

Ditched the IBC and redid the bypass. Installed a hudson float valve but still need to install a barb for the bypass. Unloader block just got here the other day but haven’t had a chance to read much on mounting it so that’s next on the list.

Have a 450’ reel so bungeed the pw hose and reeled the supply on top of it, seemed to work ok. (200’ pw and 150’ supply with another 50 rolled up in the truck)

Going to run a couple 2x4’s under the PVC for support.

Critiques welcome

The unloader block should be able to mount in about 5 minutes with three of those deciding where you want to put it. Whip hose to block then unloader on other side of block and whip line to reel.

Just get the Schertz box. I put a ball valve just before the injector with qc on both sides. In 30 seconds I can stop the flow, remove the injector and hook the the line back up. I only do that if I’m using a surface cleaner though. The water injection from the buffer tank when the soap is off pretty much keeps the flow pretty nice anyway.

That was probably the easiest thing I’ve done on this entire endeavor, only required 1 trip to home depot instead of my usual 3 or 4.

Unloader goes on top of the block. Concept is to get the unloader from hanging by the threads.

10-4, thank you! I thought it was just to take the weight off the pump but that makes sense. Better?

Good deal. Easy squeezy :+1:

is your whip line from pump to unloader and unloader to injector both 3/8"?
