First Belt Drive Opinion?

I believe you, but is he getting 8gpm and 3000 out of it? Man that would be sweet.

Can you imagine if they came up with a washer that would swap between 8gpm/1500psi then switch to 5.5/3000 for concrete through a gear lever? Seems doable.

The only way I can figure is that itā€™s a pulley thing in theory you could get it done. But I dont know I have seen his in action works good. Low psi high gpm.

You could with a transmission I guess but could you imagine what it would cost. You could probably buy 5 machines for the price of one

I would say if you plan on doing mostly house washing get the 5.5/2500 machine. It rinses much quicker. But if youā€™re looking to do house washing along with many driveways Iā€™d get that 4/4 belt machine with the cat pump or a general. A lot of guys run those machines and still use them as back ups. Some even get 5gpm out of the belt drive cat pump.

I my be wrong, but I believe the threading choice was on purpose, done in order to prevent the fittingā€™s from working loose
