This is our first year in business. While we had a great first year building up some nice volume of residential accounts we are lacking commercial work. I have reached out to some local collage’s and small convenience store chains with some success in providing estimates, still trying to close these deals. Where can i get lists of contacts or emails for HOA’s, shopping malls, Strip Centers,movie theaters etc. . I have Sales Gene but am having a hard time finding good contact info and pin pointing the right contacts.

David Carroll has a service called a type Data we have used for those type list.
Every hoa is a legal corporation and listed with your state by law. Every board members name and address will be on this list. This if free to the public . Because it’s public knowledge. You can hire a company to print this list for you or find it yourself typically at the same website you filed your fictitious name or corporation with in your state
