Finding any reasonable SH in Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA metro area

I haven’t been able to find anyone in the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA metro area who sells 12.5%, or even 10% SH. I’m just getting started with this as a side gig and need to post treat my driveways since the surface cleaner leaves light streaks around the edges like it does for everyone, and turbo nozzeling everything or going over it 5 times with the surface cleaner is not practical. I need to buy in small quantities (like 2.5-15 gal) since I’m just trying to do this on the side. However, I haven’t found any 10+% in any quantity anywhere near here^. Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart^ don’t even have the Pool Essentials 10% SH Chlorinating Liquid*, and the option to have it ordered to the store is greyed out!

I’ve checked the websites for local pool supply stores, and have not found anything accept the solid/granular pool chlorine tablets. No liquid SH. I even called Ferguson Enterprises and gave them the item number for their 12.5% SH. They looked it up and said they do not have it in stock and don’t think they can even have it ordered to the store for me to pick up. Is there a law against high concentration SH in OR/WA^^? I don’t know what to do other than get laundry bleach by the gallon and spray it on straight with a pump sprayer, or pay over $9/gal for 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner. Often, laundry bleaches aren’t labeled with their concentration in stores around here, and even the SDS does not reveal their concentration! The SDSs say “trade secret” or “5-10%.” A helpful word would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

^ okay, today I found the Pool Essentials Chlorinating Liquid 10% SH on Walmart’s website, but you can only buy 2 at a time and the minimum order total has to be $35+, which is less than the SH costs, so that’s not reasonable. Or other brands are $20-$70/gal, so no to that.

^^

Walter E Nelson. Great company for wholesale 12% SH in 5 gal, 15 gal and 55 gal. They buy from Cascade Columbia Distributors in Sherwood which is a little more difficult to work with on those volumes but a great resource when you get up to 55 gal+.
