Called thumbtack the other day as I had enough on there for a quote (haven’t logged in for about a year). I tried to send one but after you hit confirm, not send (that is key), there is no editing. None. I hadn’t sent the quote but couldn’t edit it and called in. Found out that’s “just the way it is.” I’d have to submit it wrong or just press pass.
Logged back in tonight to try and use up my last credits. Tried to quote a job that said 0 pros contacted. It was a simple driveway job. After I sent the quote it informed me 4 other “pros” had already contacted. Very misleading. I’m not upset since I was deleting it anyway, but that’s it for sure. They need to get their stuff together over there.
Anyway, just a heads up. I hope some of you have success on there.
