My WD25 is the caustic not non caustic like I had thought. Give some bd200 a try. When I tested it definitely worked the best. Got a feeling I’ll be sticking with hcs400 going forward tho. It’s twice the price but sounds like it ends up costing less due to the strength of it.
Here’s my receipt from southside. Looks like they sell wd25 and then the heavy duty wd25 which is the caustic.
Thanks Sean. I can’t wait to try it. I shook the heck out of the liquid bucket before using it. I used a scale and that rock on my shoulders to figure out how much I needed for 5 gallons worth. I always did the same with the bd200 and never noticed a difference. I hear ya on making sure it’s all mixed up before pouring it to make a 5 gallon batch.
Interesting, Russ pushed Wd25 . Anyhow I’ve talked to Chad about a few fleet accounts with acids I’m near him in the Chicagoland area. I’ll definitely try that HCS after Im done with this Wd25 batch I just mixed
How did it go? I’m looking at buying some but curious what your thoughts are on it. I just ordered another 10 gallons of power-solve from them for a warehouse job (cleaning the interior walls) and I cannot use sh due to it being a wine storage area.
