I created a facebook account with my name and created a facebook page for my business as I was planning to do the majority of my digital marketing on fb and not even a half hour it’s be made my facebook gets disabled. I find this pretty funny but it kind of blows because facebook doesn’t have support of course and there’s nothing to do about it, they request I proved my identity by sending a picture of my face and I did but now all facebook says when I’m logged in is:
We Received Your Information
If we still find that your account didn’t follow our Community Standards, it will remain disabled.
We’re always looking out for the security of people on Facebook, so until then you can’t use your account.
Has anyone else experienced this? I know it was common in the beginning of the pandemic and there’s a #facebookdisabled me but it’s such a new account and I broke no rules nor put false information or posted so I don’t see a way around this, I used my business email too so now I can’t make a new one.
Was going to try that, I wanted everything to be connected to one email but that’s the only other option, I’m guessing it will get terminated too if I use my real name because it thinks I’m taking someone indentity lol
Yeah with Facebook you have to create Ana count with your name then if you want to do business stuff you have to create a page, trust me I tried to separate
I’m only taking a guess here, but I think maybe they have an algorithm that triggers for anyone who opens a business page too soon after starting a personal one. It’s like they think, “Every real human already has a FB account with a completed profile, so anyone who signs up just to start a business page, must be a scammer…”
Hopefully they’ll be satisfied with your profile pic and whatever other verification methods they use to try and determine that you’re a real person.
I got the same thing, acct disabled, when i recently tried to open 1 after i saw the Matkerplace. Posted a pic too. If your maga or conservative, i think they know it.
