I’ve had a couple of jobs recently where I needed to get some pressure high up. For example, I was cleaning a metal pole building - riding arena - and the metal walls were caked with 20 years of dirt. The walls were 20 feet high and I couldn’t use chemicals because of the horses. I used low degree tips form the ground to get the highest parts, but it was like trying to use a tiny eraser on a big poster.
I can’t find much info on the forum about telescoping wands. Is that because people don’t like them? If so, is there an alternative when you can’t use chemicals?
Any recommendations as to brand, material - aluminum or fiberglass, and height would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

I was looking into getting an extension pole until I talked to Bob at PressureTek. He explained to me that the pole has a 1/4" hose in it, as opposed to the 1/4" pipe that a lance has. While this may not seem like s big deal, the hose results much, much greater friction loss than the pipe. Plus, the leverage working against you will kill your back in a very short time!
Sounds like a lift rental would be your best bet, in my opinion.
