There is another small HOA on same small lake with 15 three story units and I am trying to get that one as well. 35 waterfront units within a half mile of each other. all with mildew staining from the humidity. all on pilings, so there is quite the height issue, hoping my 8gpm will reach way up there!
Also, there is yet another HOA on same lake with about 100 townhomes, so yes, this little area has potential
HOA’s can be a huge asset in sales. Give them a stack of business cards, let them know how you can improve their community and let them work for you! If all of the houses are roughly the same size, let them know your unit pricing… then give them discount pricing based on how many homes purchase your services in a given time frame… you set the time frame for discount pricing(effective call-to-action). If they have a community sign in front of the neighborhood, offer to clean it for free if you can put your sign next to it for a week.
In this scenario, that surface cleaner will work fine… even if it does take you a little more time, think of it as advertising!.. the longer you are seen, the more they think about cleaning… and you are there to do it!
exactly! I imagine plenty of folks will “stop by”. I am just waiting on temps above the 20s and 30s.
to get started! Spring can’t come fast enough!
If hydrant is accessible then I’d definitely do that route. I do use hydrants on large condo jobs to re fill my tanks. The three cities around me do not let you mount and carry the metering device. You have to pick one hydrant and they will set it for you. Every time you need it moved you have to re start the process of paperwork and deposit. I know I’ve read where some cities let people hook them up themselves. If that was the case here I’d definitely go that route
1 ton dually with added leaf springs. 5 spd with hydraulic brake booster that’s ran off power steering pump. It does just fine when fully loaded
Wow. Good luck to you but I glad that death trap isn’t on the roads around me ot my family
Death trap? It’s safer then pulling a trailer and it’s under the GRVW. Thanks for you concern though.
Gvw minus curb weight is most you can haul. You have a 10500 lb axle with almost 6000 lbs of water, not counting equipment or weight of truck and tanks with a high center of gravity. Be safe, drive slow, don’t get caught by dmv and stay out of NC lol
It’s an HD that has a GVRW of 15,000 lbs. The guys before me put 16in rims on instead of the 19. I actually went to the DOT here in my state last week because I wasn’t 100% confident I was legal. They weighed it, did the math and said it was legal and no need for DOT unless leaving the state. (MI just changed it’s law a few years ago. Use to be anything over 10 GVRW needed numbers. Once again I appreciate your concern.
How about broiler houses ?
