Hello Everyone,
I’m working on a project where I need a price estimation for power wash of a 85,000 square foot, five-story bulding.
Could anyone help me find an estimated price?

There are alot of variables to consider when pricing a job. Commercial rates can vary wildly in different markets. Also the type of material that is being cleaned will be priced differently. Difficulty in access will increase prices as well. A 5 story building will also require the rental of a lift. Rental prices also vary depending on location. Let’s assume that your building is made of brick and is a nice square building with easy access on all sides. That would be roughly 31,300 sqft of siding. Multiply that by the local rate ($.08-.50) to get your bid. Then add in the retal cost for a 40-60ft lift for 1-3 days (how many people you have on the job determines how long it will take).
