Here’s one I built for an 8 gpm gear drive. No belt guard needed. The big one on my trailer comes from MVP Services in North Carolina which @Innocentbystander turned me on to and all his skids are built this way.
And vibration damper bolts over 3/8” will be more than sufficient. I like to think my trailer is on two big vibration dampers though.
