Envirospec u-build and some other questions, fleet washing etc

Hi guys, just got some questions maybe you all can help me out with. I would like to use the following machine for mostly house washing and concrete driveways and then eventually get a hot box for fleet washing and maybe gum removal and cleaning strip mall sidewalks.

  1. Does anyone have experience with 8gpm @ 2500psi from envirospec? Are these any good?

  1. Will the PSI be suitable with hot water to clean strip malls where they have greesey foot traffic and dumpster pads. I only get a few of these a year so I could rent a unit if needed.

  2. Is there any other limitations to this machine that I should be made aware of? Will this be able to be simeased to another pressure washer. I ask this because I am getting request to do post construction cleanup on parking lots of 10-100k in size where there is tons of dirt. These can be highly profitable to me if I can do them quicker. They pretty much just want the dirt and rocks removed.

For anyone that remembers how I created an endless loop of pressure with a simease kit, I have a great solution for this. Place female couplers at all the ends, tape the hoses coming from the pumps green with a tag that says “Plug into pump” and then tape the discharge exit hose red and put a tag that says “Warning this end contains high pressure”.

  3. Agreed, do you happen to know a better way to remove solid quarter inch of dirt from massive parking lots? Would hiring a sweeper and then gas blower / rinse be better?

Thanks, I will look into the cost of all that and maybe using that alone can cut my time down by half or more.
