Are you pulling straight sh or a mix with water. I’d like to try the metering tips to pull straight sh but still keep it at 1% max. I’m using a 4 and 5.5 with 200’ of hose.
I always pull straight SH - but my old injectors, brass cheap ones, only just gave enough in the mix to housewash.
Sometimes I was spraying even light mould twice - so that’s why I got this new injector squid recommended.
I’m pretty sure that one of the four tips will get what you want using straight SH. As your pump has I greater GPM than mine does, I suspect what works for me, won’t be the same for you.
Without a tip, I’m sure it’s going to be around 2%. I’ve never seen my chem empty like that before.
They snap off easily in the Barb. Drill out all of them to the same size as the grey one.
@Innocentbystander did you actually drill them or use something like a dremmel tool?
I pinched them in my fingers and ran a drill bit thru them. 5 seconds. I did a couple with some small round files for my welder but drill is quicker
Great! I’ll go ahead and do it that way
I wasn’t going to bother, but then I realised that with time, the mix will just get stronger and stronger as it wears.

I have been using them for yrs they are great injectors. Here is the draw rate with a 8.5 gpm machine. Don’t know the draw rate on the other injectors haven’t had the chance to try one out yet. The suds sucker comes with four different orfice sizes also. I use the number four that is a 2.3 and draw straight sh.
But no matter what injector u order. Make sure and order a three way ball valve. So when ur not drawing sh u are drawing water and cleanin the injector out. It will also give u more gpm while rinsing.
Just thought I’d share the metering tip break and also the difference between the grey tip and no tip at all. It’s a huge difference.
Explains the rapid drain of my chem tank!
You have the injector plumbed backwards I believe. Male end leads
Told ya! Everything is backwards on my set up!
I have a male at the reel
Female QC on the end whip/fly hose too.
I bet you blow in your straw lol
Australia mate. It’s a bit backwards
Maybe because they’re in the Southern Hemisphere, everything opposite down under, lol
you’re talking about the dultmeir one correct?
 That’s the one
 That’s the one
