Hi, I just started a pressure Washing business. I now have a van and want to set up inside. My current problem is plumbing for water tank and use of a pump. How should I set up and what do you think I need! Please post pics of your trailer and try to be detail because I’ll go buy all of the products for the best set-up. Thanks in advance.
Was my first time setting one up so I winged it. Here is how mine is done. 2" off of the tank to a “T”. One side with filter and goes to the PW with 1" fittings and crush proof line. Other side goes to a valve and off the side of the trailer for filling buckets, washing hands, draining tank.
So just figure out what fittings you need and build it.

Maybe a little off topic, but how do you vent the exhaust from the washer in a van? Just curious if y’all pipe it out or what. Thanks.
Going to be doing a van soon myself. I plan on mounting over the axle with exhaust side facing out. Similar to what I would do if it were a box truck.

Put an 1 1/2 pipe flange in side of van. Use flexible exhaust to route exhaust outside
